There are many men out there who are faithful to one woman yet never commit to her. They may date only her, but never step it up to the next level. This is all fine and well for a while, but if the woman wants more, such as marriage, she may be barking up the wrong tree. The sad thing is often the woman gets in too deep. She is treated well and doesn't see it coming. When it hits her, she is already in love.

As women, once you get physically intimate with him, you're in. And it doesn't have to just be sex. It can be kissing, even holding hands. The closer you get physically, the stronger the bonding. That's also why it's hard to leave, even when the relationship isn't that great. Because once you've gotten physically close, you're already attached, even if you don't want to be.
Men, on the other hand, are more afraid of getting hurt. Sometimes, we don't realize men are vulnerable, too (the good ones, anyway). And they don't bond physically, like we do. They bond over time, as the relationship feels good to them. So, if it doesn't feel good, they'd rather be alone. I actually think their way makes more sense, but I like being a girl.

The hardest part of separation is that you have no jurisdiction over the feelings you ex-partner has for you.
Coming first in their lives was a thing of the past, now they act remote and uncaring towards you. They show that they don't care about you anymore. They make you believe that they've moved on and don't care anymore.
